ReviewFlo Affiliate Program Terms of Use

Welcome to the Affiliate Program offered by Executive Solution Systems, LLC - Parent Company of ReviewFlo. These Terms of Use govern your participation in our affiliate program. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our affiliate program. We reserve the right to reject or terminate your participation at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
2. Enrollment: To enroll in our affiliate program, you must complete the application form on our website. We may require additional information to process your application.
3. Affiliate Links/Resources: As an affiliate, you will receive unique tracking links to promote our products or services; namely ReviewFlo, our comprehensive online review management software. You agree to use these links, & any other resources provided responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Commissions: You will earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate links. Commissions are subject to change without prior notice and will be paid according to our payment schedule.
5. Payment: We will pay your commissions via either wire transfer via a third-party provider known as Wise on a recurring basis for applicable products, & a one-time basis for other applicable products. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect fraudulent, or misleading activity.
6. Promotion: You may promote our products or services through various channels, including but not limited to your website, social media, and email marketing. However, you agree not to engage in any illegal, unethical, or deceptive marketing practices, & comply with the terms of service/use of any third party provider.
7. Compliance with Email Marketing Standards: You agree to comply with all standards and practices related to modern email marketing rules. You promise not to send spam or mass cold emails.
8. Intellectual Property: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products or services. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
9. Termination: Both parties reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove any affiliate links or materials, & your affiliate account will be removed from our affiliate system within 5 business days of a request from either party for termination.
10. Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in our affiliate program.
11. Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
12. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Executive Solution Systems, LLC - Parent Company of ReviewFlo regarding your participation in our affiliate program.
